Non-Skid Additives to Coatings
A variety of products are produced with Non-Skid coatings. Examples are as follows:
- Home and Pool Decks
- Bathtubs and Shower Stalls
- Surf Boards & Skate Boards
- Ramps for loading trucks
- Factory Floors
- Boat and Ship Decks
Clear or specific colors are often required.
Many of our additives have the same Density as the Coatings. Therefore, they remain in suspension after mixing and can be painted on the surface. Currently, most Non-Skid additives are broadcast after painting. This is more expensive and often produces a lower quality surface.
Our Non-Skid additives include: Walnut Shell, Clear and Colored Thermoset Plastics and also very hard abrasives such as Aluminum Oxide.
